My Approach

One of the most common questions clients ask is, "What's my purpose?" I believe that every individual has the intrinsic wisdom to unlock their full potential and live a fulfilling and purposeful life. My approach is centered around helping my clients strengthen their own intuition, cultivate self-awareness, and remove any limiting belief systems that stand in their way. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world and work towards their desired outcomes.

My Background

I became interested in the healing arts through my own experience surviving cancer, while earning a degree in Business and Marketing from Ithaca College. After graduation, I began studying Reiki, Yoga, breathwork, and other healing modalities, and I'm grateful that my journey has led me to work with so many wonderful souls as a certified Master Reiki Practitioner & Teacher. I come to the table with a unique variety of life experience and formal training paired with old-soul wisdom.

Gulf Place, just opposite Ed Walline Park and located just steps from the famous sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast, the colorful community of Gulf Place is one of 30A’s original urban developments. The 25-acre community is located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow folks down with beautiful palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, plentiful green spaces and plenty of park benches to sit and enjoy the views.
